One channel, eleven ways in

The Shows

The main show goes to a town. Extra Baggage goes deeper. The Friday sub-shows each take a different lens on weird travel: the room you sleep in, the road you drive, the water you swim in, the table you eat at.

Every Show

Strange Visitors

Three days. Three legends. One small town at a time.

The flagship. Each episode Steve and Nathan drop into a different town or region and dig into the weird folklore that makes it unique, interesting, and worth visiting yourself. They read the official tourism copy out loud, then go looking for what the brochure leaves out: three eerie local legends, from UFOs and ghosts to cryptids and cults, with local guests, places to eat and sleep, and the town's own culture along the way.

Extra Baggage

The thread we couldn't let go of.

Extended episodes. After every main episode, Steve and Nathan get a bit weirder and a lot deeper about one of the folklore threads they covered: a theory they only had time to raise, a witness story that deserved the full hour, or the thing locals told them off-mic. The full episode is exclusive to members of the Weird Travel Club and drops the Tuesday after its main episode; everyone else gets a short public preview that same morning.

Wicked Ways

Haunted highways and roads you shouldn't drive alone.

Short episodes about the roads themselves: the stretch with a tombstone every mile, the curve where a bride in white flags down drivers, the ten miles of New Jersey where the police chief says the imagination goes nuts. Each one covers the legend, the real history underneath it, and how to drive it yourself. Rule one, from everyone who has ever written about these roads: never get out of your car.

Room Service

Book a room. Meet whoever is already in it.

Haunted hotels, one room at a time. Each episode takes a specific room or suite as its character: the building's history, who died or grieved or vanished there, what guests report at night, and, since this is a travel show, roughly what it costs to sleep there yourself. The rooms range from a $150 suite in a Nevada mining town to a $700 night in Santa Fe.

Dark Waters

Lakes, rivers, and the things under them.

Short episodes about water: haunted lakes, drowned towns, abandoned water parks, and the legends that rush in to fill a place once people stop swimming there. Some of it is folklore. Some of it is negligence with a ghost story attached.

2 per season · Fridays · first Nov 13

Mystery Bites

Dinner, drinks, and a ghost at the next table.

Short episodes about haunted restaurants and bars: the New Orleans place that sets a table for its ghost every night, the Newport tavern that has been pouring for 350 years, and the Philadelphia cafe where a Russian occultist swore a white dog saved her leg.

2 per season · Fridays · first Nov 20

Hitchers

They ask for a ride home. They never arrive.

Short episodes about vanishing hitchhikers: the girls in white who climb into the back seat on the way home from a dance, give directions to a cemetery, and are gone before the gate.

2 per season · Fridays · first Dec 25

Midnight Riders

Weird travel stories, told by the people they happened to.

Short episodes built around a single strange trip: a haunted vacation, a night that went wrong on the road, a place that did not want visitors. First-person, after dark.

2 per season · Fridays · first Jan 1

Tripped Out!

Guest dispatches from the weird places you already go.

Short guest-hosted episodes about the strangeness hiding inside ordinary vacations: theme parks, campgrounds, beaches, and the trips everyone takes without knowing what is buried under the parking lot.

2 per season · Fridays · first Dec 18

Motors & Monsters

Phantom vehicles and the things that run beside them.

Cursed cars, ghost trucks, and the monsters that share the road. A 1933 sheriff killed by a phantom Ford, a Camaro that matches your speed on a North Carolina highway and has no plates, a Maine police cruiser three officers died after driving, and a black sedan that circles a Chicago cemetery at night.

2 per season · Fridays · first Feb 12

Weird Travels!

Strange Visitors presents: your trip, your story.

Listener-submitted stories of weird travel. Fans send in the strangest thing that happened to them in a town, Steve and Nathan interview them and have them tell it, and the edited story runs as a short episode woven into the main feed. If something followed you home from a trip, this is where it goes.
